Each home purchase includes set builder allowances for three core visual categories:

• Tile (Showers & Surrounds)
• Flooring (LVP, Carpet & Tile)

If you wish to customize selections beyond the standard categories (e.g., upgraded fixtures, lighting packages, or specialized hardware), requests can be accommodated depending on the construction timeline and availability at that phase of the build.
